Candles, originally made from tallow or beeswax, were essential for lighting and were later infused with scents. The art of perfumery really took off in France in the 16th century, while candles became a luxury item. Over time, both evolved into ways to enhance atmosphere—perfumes for personal expression and candles for ambiance. Today, they continue to bring comfort, elegance, and personality to our daily lives, blending tradition with modern creativity.
